EASTER SUNDAY - Happy Birthday Mal

The man is 39 today - happy birthday sweetheart. To start the day I made a feast of coffee and pancakes - a birthday tradition in our family - except for me as no one yet can cook pancakes.

The girls set their alarms early however it was not early enough as Mal was already up - not to worry we got the show on the road...the girls had bought him a lovely trophy saying "Worlds Best Dad" - he was given a lovely white shirt from his mum and dad and he had to wait till lunch for the rest of the pressies.

I had spent the night before with the girls - cleaning the house ensuring that there would be nothing to do in the morning. We dusted, polished, vacuumed and baked and several hours later the house was sparkling (no more housework for at least 3 mths now). Yesterday it was my nephew Lachlan and friend Shwetha's birthday - happy birthday guys I love you lots.....March has a torrent of birthdays.....

The table was set for a celebration feast - not only for Mal but to celebrate the ressurection of Jesus. All dressed it was off to church....the girls were involved in a play - JJ being a narrator and CB being a fly on the wall... buzzzz buzzzzzz
