Mal & I had bought this house at the peak of the boom on the Gold Coast in Pacific Pines. We would have loved to have purchased one "pre the boom" but due to financial circumstances this couldn't happen.

We had moved up to the Gold Coast 3 years prior and were sick of renting, complexes and having very little privacy. It was a tight squeeze to get the deposit together and with the help of mum and dad we made it (brown paper bag coming soon with the last installment dad)...
